My client, a high-achieving school in Haringey, is currently seeking to appoint dynamic, pioneering and entrepreneurial individual as a Teacher of Humanities to cover a maternity leave.
The post:
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspiring, and enthusiastic Humanities Teacher to join this school on a supply basis to cover a colleague taking maternity leave.
We are looking for a candidate who is committed to maintaining high standards. The successful candidate will have relevant experience, knowledge and understanding of teaching Humanities to KS3/4 and KS5.
The successful candidate will have:
· Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
· The ability to teach Humanities to KS4/KS5
· The ability to motivate pupils to achieve excellent examination results
· The ability to enthuse students with a love of Humanities
· Excellent classroom management skills
· Excellent organisational and ICT skills
· The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team
