SUBJECT LEADER of MFL - ENFIELD

My client, a secondary school in Enfield, has instructed us to advertise for a SUBJECT LEADER of MFL who specialises in Spanish but can also offer French as well.

The school is a welcoming, inspiring and a high performing school for 11–18-year-olds; they pride themselves in a broad curriculum and excellent extracurricular activities.

The school is committed to providing excellent support and guidance to their pupils as well as their staff and have fantastic facilities and very supportive departments.

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent

• Ideally someone who has had experience leading a languages department

• The ability to motivate pupils to achieve excellent examination results

• Excellent classroom management skills

• Excellent organisational and ICT skills

• The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team
