Special Education Needs - Teaching Assistant.

We have been instructed by our client, a Primary School in Enfield to find a TA who has experience with working with Special Education Needs pupils to start in September 2022.

The successful candidate will be:

• A good or outstanding, dedicated and resilient TA with experience of working with Special Education Needs pupils
  

• A motivational and aspirational individual with high expectations for all

• Confident, inspirational, and able to communicate with clarity
  

• Committed to developing our children to reach their full potential regardless of background or circumstance

• Approachable and willing to work with staff across the school to implement strategies to move the school forward

This position is at a school with very positive relationships where pupils get lots of exciting things to do and where good leadership and management continues to improve teaching and achievement.
