School Administrator required immediately

Friendly and welcoming school administrator required for a busy 1.5 form entry primary school. You will be working closely with the Business Manager and PA to create an efficient front office.


Daily responsibilities would include:

- Making and receiving telephone calls

- Managing requests through the front office

- Sending parent mail

- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

- Greeting parents and visitors to the school

- Updating records and filing documentation

- COVID 19 DfE returns reports


With an immediate start, the role is initially being advertised as a temporary contract working 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only. However, the Headteacher will consider applications from any denominator of this – including part time (minimum 3 days a week), a 1 year contract (with the opportunity to become permanent), longer hours if preferred and work during the school holidays. Experience working with either RM Integris or SIMS is preferred but not essential.

You must be able to provide a minimum of 2 good references, attend interviews as dated and will be subject to Think Teachers safeguarding procedures.
