Think Teachers are working with a large, diverse 3 form entry Primary and Nursery school to appoint a general teaching assistant from January – July 2021. The school is based in the centre of a multicultural community and has a strong emphasis on caring for, supporting and listening to its pupils. This is a full time requirement for 2 terms, with a particular focus on working across Key stage 2.
The successful candidate will:
· Have experience supporting teaching and learning within KS2
· Work closely with class teachers
· Be a key team player working across Year 3 -6.
· Offer flexibility within the role and provide additional support where necessary
· Be fully committed to inclusive education
Pupils in this school are happy and enthusiastic and have a natural love of learning. The school aim to develop well rounded, socially aware and positive members of the community, as well as offer a wide and diverse education.
You must have experience supporting classroom teaching within Key Stage 2, must be able to provide a minimum of 2 good references, attend interviews as dated and will be subject to Think Teachers safeguarding procedures.
