Think Teachers are working closely with a well-respected 11+ tuition company to appoint Qualified Teachers to join their growing team of Course Tutors. You will be delivering 11+ courses during evenings, weekends and school holidays to tuition centres in Chalfont St Peter and Slough.
With such a comprehensive system, there is little work to complete outside of the classroom, enabling you to focus your energy on helping each child in your class reach their full potential.
You must hold Qualified Teacher Status and have a minimum of 5 years’ classroom teaching (preferably in Key Stage 2)
The successful candidate will:
- Teach Key Stage 2 Maths and English to a continuously high standard
- Have an excellent reputation between colleagues
- Be confident in delivering the 11+ course curriculum to Year 4 and 5 students
- Have a proven record of high or improved exam results
- Be well organised and a good time keeper
- Manage support staff to create a successful learning environment
- Desire to become a valuable member of a high calibre team
- Be available to teach classes on evenings and/or weekends and/or during school holidays.
- Preferably have Senior Leadership experience
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence and have access to own transport
