We have partnered with a Good Secondary School based in Hertfordshire who are seeking an experienced Drama teacher to join their team. The school pride themselves on offering a forward thinking and creative environment where pupils and staff are encouraged to aspire to reach their full potential.

The school offers a fully inclusive, co-educational environment for learning, allowing learners of all abilities to achieve and succeed. The school is easily accessible by road and public transport, with ample parking on site.


Working across KS3 to KS5 you will be expected to plan, prepare and deliver captivating Drama lessons to challenge and develop pupils; giving them every opportunity to achieve and exceed their target grades.


Through robust assessment you will identify gaps in learning, ensuring that intervention strategies are in place to support pupils progress. As well as your classroom based lessons you will have the opportunity to inspire pupils through exciting and educational field based activities.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

* Strong classroom presence and excellent classroom management skills

* Dedicated to providing positive and inspiring learning experiences
