Cover Supervisor with PE

Think Teachers is working with a friendly and welcoming school in Islington, who are currently seeking to appoint a full-time Cover Supervisor from January 2022. The successful candidate must be able to take boys PE as well as classroom-based lessons.

The position is at a school with very positive relationships where good leadership and management improve teaching and achievement.

This job would be ideal for those who are considering entering the teaching profession in the future. Appropriate experience of working with students aged 11-18 would be an advantage. You will be required to develop and maintain good relationships with students and staff and to work effectively as a team member.

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, creativity and the ability to motivate pupils and keep them on task. You will be expected to respond to questions and generally assist pupils to undertake set activities. They include “live learning” and the facilitation of synchronistic and a synchronistic learning.
